Mountain Myth Studio teaches classical-inspired Pilates for adults in Vilnius. We emphasize breath, controlled articulation, and sessions you can sustain beside desk work. No medical claims — just careful coaching, paced progressions, and rooms that stay calm.
Stone Street is easy to reach from the Old Town edge. Arrive a few minutes early to change and settle. Bring grip socks if you prefer; mats are provided for mat classes.
New students often start with mat flow or the beginner series so cues land before heavier springs. Returning members mix apparatus labs with quieter morning resets when the week runs dense. Instructors keep class sizes intentional: enough energy for shared timing, enough space for individual corrections without a microphone. We do not sell intensity as a personality — we sell repeatable form, honest fatigue, and a schedule you can actually keep.
If you are returning after time away, tell us where your practice paused. We will suggest a class that rebuilds range rather than pretending nothing changed. Water bottles are welcome; phones stay in bags so the room stays for breath and movement.
